Ich habe die Bestellung rechtzeitig erhalten. Die Produkte sind in Ordnung. Ich bin etwas enttäuscht vom Kundenservice, der mir nie geantwortet hat. Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, als ich die Bestellung erhalten habe.

Die Website ist sehr gut, der Versand erfolgte zu meiner Überraschung mehr als schnell. Die Rechnungen sind klar. Aber der große Minuspunkt ist bei den Lippenstiften... wir haben nicht genug Informationen über die Farben, das Aussehen auf den Lippen, die Texturen und vor allem das Fehlen von Fotos. Denn der Name der Farbe gibt uns keine Auskunft über die tatsächliche Farbe des Lippenstifts und vor allem über seine Wirkung.

Das war super! Abgesehen davon, dass meine Schminke völlig kaputt war, schlecht verpackt in einem einfachen rosa Papier.

Die Produkte finden sich in mehreren verschiedenen Tabs wieder, aber ansonsten nette Seite ..schade, dass einige Produkte nicht mehr wiederkommen.
